Our return/exchange policy is very simple. If the item we sent you is defective when you received the shipment from us (NOT AFTER USE), you can report to us by email (support@eHobbyDepot.com) for return or exchange arrangement immediately. After you got the RMA number, please send the package back to the following address. For returning, the customer has to pay for the return shipping cost and we will pay for the additional shipping cost to send the exchange / replacement shipment to the customer. We determine to send your either free spare parts to fix the defective item or give you another new item based on your case. For return, a 15% restocking fee applies to returned un-used products. The refund of used item is determined by its condition.

Postage cost for all orders are not refundable after we shipped the order out, as we have paid the Postage and it can not be refunded back to us after the item has been shipped.

Please report any issue within 3 days after you receive the item. After 3 days, we don't accept any return.

Please understand that RC helicopters and airplanes can crash if a mistake is made or you do not know how to fly, any kind of crash or hard landing may caused damage to the helicopter or plane. We have no control over your flying skill, behavior or the conditions you have chosen to fly in. If you have any problem with the aircrafts or other products you ordered from us, please report it at the time when you received the shipment (not after use please). If you crashed the product, We are sorry but we can not be responsible for your crash.

When you return the item, you need to include the order number , reason that the product is defective and the RMA number that you got from us. Otherwise, your return is going be delayed.

You need to write the RMA number on an obvious area of the returned box. Without the RMA number on the box, your item will be rejected and returned back to you on your cost.
